From Snow to Sun ~ Callaway Fun

Like predicted, our snow on Thursday turned to 20 degrees and sunny on Saturday. Crazy. Steve and I both got sunburnt.

We decided to celebrate the hot weather with a trip to Callaway park. Having never been I wasn't too sure what to expect. It was awesome. The girls had a blast and there was so much for them to do. Katelyn can go on 26 rides, Naleah on 21 and Alexa on 7. We decided to get season's tickets which is a good thing because we were only able to do about 1/4 of what is possible in the time we were there. We have 4 guests passes to use until the end of June, they are free for the taking to whoever wants to come with us first, let us know we will probably be heading there next weekend to celebrate my 29andholding birthday :) YIKES

Anyways, here are some highlights from our day.

The first ride of the day! The girls 3rd boat ride (the first and second were with friends in GF). I don't think it was quite fast enough for Naleah but she still came out with a smile.

So this is more like it. The girls' first roller coaster. Naleah has no fear.

Alexa's first ride. She really enjoyed going around and around.

Not sure who enjoyed this one more ~ Alexa or Steve? I am so thankful he is a kid at heart. He sure makes life fun.

Here we are at the end of the day all worn out. What a blast.
