Happy Thursday

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you who called/sent us Happy Anniversary Greetings yesterday. Steve got home late from Saskatoon but we were able to make time for our first bike ride of the season as well as a late night greek dinner. It was great. He brought me home these beautiful flowers, I just had to post them.

Naleah is excited to be a part of this blogging process too so she asked me to take a picture of her and post it. Here she is looking beautiful. I can't believe how grown up she is getting. On our bike ride last night she kept her arm around Alexa the whole time to keep her safe. She is slowly becoming a protective big sister (usually her most common words are "no Alexa, no Alexa" so it was nice to see her embracing her sister. Katelyn is anxiously awaiting Daddy's help/time to take her training wheels off so she can learn to ride with out them. Hopefully soon. We are off to Lethbridge this weekend to celebrate Alexa's first birthday with Grandma and Grandpa. Have a happy long weekend.

Oh, and here is a picture of our almost 1 year old. She is cruising everywhere, pulling herself up and happiest when she can walk holding our fingers. It won't be long now :)

No wonder you weren't home when I called! Looking forward to seeing you soon. Leave room in the van for "take home stuff".

Love,
Mom

I can't believe that nine years ago I was in your wedding. Time is just zooming by. So I am really bad at remembering anniversaries and birthdays and the such so I had better just wish you a very early Happy Birthday now.
